    Maybe this is the issue since Fulmer wants MORE than his projection by 13%.

  4. They offered to purchase his labor for $865.00 per pitch. He said no. Arbitration eligible (more than 3 years experience/less than 6 years experience). Let him test the market. If anyone is willing to pay him more than $865.00 per pitch, he can go there. He’s a decent pitcher, on a rebuilding team. I honestly don’t care if he leaves over a “measley” amount.
