More GM Tech Center employees returning to work following massive flooding in Warren

Officials completely closed the 330-acre complex Tuesday morning and told employees not to come into work. Katie McBride, a spokeswoman for the Detroit-based automaker, said about 15,000 of the 19,000 workers at the tech campus are expected to return to work today – 5,000 more than Wednesday morning.
