The R&B singer will perform the Hawthorne Halftime basement jam featuring his dad on bass and some Detroit friends in tow. Tune into rollingstone.com after the second quarter to check him out.
Nov. 23, Rolling Stone: “I’m gonna play a
short medley of favorites and some songs especially for Detroit,” says
Hawthorne. “The band will be all local musicians from Detroit. We’ll be
watching the game upstairs!”
For a self-confessed foodie like Hawthorne, quitting the kitchen on Turkey Day is quite a sacrifice.
