Queen of Soul Aretha Franklin says she’s curious about exactly what former belongings of hers might be sold at auction this weekend.

Franklin said in a statement to The Detroit News that she has no connection to Saturday’s auction, which is offering clothing, shoes and household items. She said they’re “items that I didn’t want anymore and left in a storage locker … many years ago.”

She adds that she “wouldn’t mind seeing the items, just to see what they are.”

TV station WJBK and radio station WWJ report the location of the auction wasn’t being released by organizers until Saturday morning due to security reasons.
